Most carpet cleaning companies rely on one main cleaning system, A.S.New(South West)Ltd have invested heavily in a range of sytems and the qualifications to go with them to enable us to offer the best system every time we are continually updating our qualifications as new types of carpet and fabric become available and are very much involved in the development of new cleaning systems.

If we are awarded the opportunity of maintaining your carpets we would designate a dedicated team to be solely responsible for the implementation of the program.

A.S.NEW (South West) Ltd are members of the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA), are certified by The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (I.I.C.R.C), are Associate Members of The British Institute of Cleaning Science (B.I.C.Sc), and are Full members of Proclean® The Professional Cleaners Association. All our staff are fully employed by the company and have many years experience and training within the industry. They have a thorough understanding of all aspects of carpet and fabric cleaning. All staff wear A.S.New (South West) Ltd uniforms and are issued with security passes, which are displayed whilst on site. They are fully vetted for security clearance before being employed.

A detailed frequency chart would be devised and a copy forwarded for your attention. We will contact your representative on site prior to each scheduled visit and confirm access arrangements.

In the event of an emergency, such as flood damage, you will be issued with a detailed out of hours contact list ensuring 24 hr coverage 7 days a week. Site attendance can normally be guaranteed within 2 hours.

On completion of each visit our Site Supervisor will fill out a site report/quality control report of which a copy will be forwarded to you with a copy of your invoice. The report will highlight any carpet defects or specific problems that are causing any unnecessary soiling, so that preventative action may take place sooner.
